All session lengths can be used as a private or group coaching. These sessions focus on changing patterns in the body-mind through movement. The hands-on portion of these sessions is very gentle in its feel, and very deep in its effects. Whether you are onthe table or not, gentle movements invite you to feel sensations other than pain. Lightness, ease, freedom, & safety are just a few of the possibilities! Your awareness of changes are the most important aspect so that you can bring that awareness into everyday activities and get back to enjoying them again!

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-4 Occasional Saturdays Please check scheduling calendar *For all sessions*
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Cotton fabric works better for me. Please do not wear slippery fabrics. Shorts or yoga pants, and a tank top work well. Thank you! You can also just wear underwear and a tank top as an option. I have top sheets and blankets to keep you warm and covered.

I recommend a minimum of three sessions in order for us to fully assess the ways your sessions are making effective changes in your daily activities. |
