These sessions focus on changing patterns in the body-mind through somatic principles of movement. The hands-on portion of these sessions is very gentle in its feel, and very deep in its effects. Whether you are on the table or not, gentle movements invite you to feel sensations other than pain. Lightness, ease, freedom, & safety are just a few of the possibilities! Your awareness of changes are the most important aspect so that you can bring that awareness into everyday activities and get back to living life more fully! The somatic principles are learned during in-person sessions, coaching and workshops.

*For new clients*
I recommend a minimum of three sessions in order for us to fully assess the ways your sessions are making effective changes in your daily activities.
*For all sessions* Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Cotton fabric works better for me. Please do not wear slippery fabrics. Shorts or yoga pants, and a tank top work well. Thank you! You can also just wear underwear and a tank top as an option. I have top sheets and blankets to keep you warm and covered. |
