Trager sessions are similar to massage, but the focus is on changing patterns in the body-mind through movement. This approach is very gentle in its feel, and very deep in its effects. Rocking and gentle movements help you feel sensations other than pain. Lightness, ease, freedom, & safety are just a few of the possibilities!

Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Cotton fabric works better for me. Please do not wear slippery fabrics.
Shorts or yoga pants, and a tank top work well. Thank you!
You can also just wear underwear and a tank top as an option. I have top sheets and blankets to keep you warm and covered.
