*For new clients* I recommend a minimum of three sessions in order for us to fully assess the ways your sessions are making effective changes in your daily activities.
*At least 24 hours notice is kindly requested for rescheduling and cancellations. *For all sessions* Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Cotton fabric works better for me. Please do not wear slippery fabrics or hoodies. Shorts or yoga pants, and a tank top work well. Thank you! You can also just wear underwear and a tank top as an option. I have top sheets and blankets to keep you warm and covered. |
